Multicultural Hub Canberra's Employment Service has qualified and experienced consultants who actively seek out jobs in local businesses, services and agencies and connect our clients to employers.
Job seekers are assessed for their skills, qualifications, experience and suitability for each opportunity and matched accordingly. Workplace culture training and on-the-job training are coordinated to ensure the best outcomes for the employer and the employee.
Communication for Employment training sessions help individuals to find jobs more easily and to speak more confidently in the workplace. Employment interviews are facilitated by Multicultural Hub Canberra to ensure best outcomes for job seekers.
Employers can find qualified and experienced people available to start immediately.
Regular mentoring and follow up are with both the employer and the employee to ensure more successful long-term outcomes.
We also have mentoring available for people starting new businesses.
If you need support and would prefer to access it in a language you feel more comfortable in, we have staff who speak many languages or we can provide an interpreter.
